Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Cloves of garlic
  • 2 Carrots
  • ½ tsp Somoked paprika
  • 1 cup Brown lentils Rinsed and drained
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Spanish chorizo cut into slices
  • 1 Spanish morcilla Sausage cut into slices
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot add all the ingredients together
  • Stirr occasionaly
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Before serving, blend the vegetables (OPTIONAL)

Notes

If you don´t find Spanish chorizo, don´t worry! You can get the exact same flavors with the other ingredients only and you will have a vegan recipe.
