Sangria is a tasty and refreshing Spanish wine punch. It's traditionally made with red wine, , fruit slices (often citrus), and a sweetener. Sometimes a splash of soda water is added for fizz. Simple to prepare, Sangria is perfect for sharing at gatherings.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bottle of red wine
  • 1 Orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 Lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 Apple, cored and chopped
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • ½ cup Orange juice
  • 1 cup Soda Use the soda of your preference or sparkling water

Instructions
 

  • In a large pitcher, combine the wine and sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Add the orange, lemon, lime, and apple slices to the pitcher.
  • Pour in the orange juice and stir to combine.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  • Just before serving, add the soda and stir gently.
  • Serve over ice, ensuring each glass gets a good mix of wine and fruit.
