- 100 g Marcona almonds (finely chopped)
- 100 ml Heavy cream
- 100 g Sugar
- 20 g Butter
- 100 g Milk chocolate
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make the base: In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, sugar, and butter. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
Add almonds: Stir in the chopped almonds and mix well.
