  • ½ cup Unsalted butter
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • Olive oil For frying

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, combine water, butter, and salt. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
  • Add the flour to the saucepan and stir vigorously with a wooden spoon until the mixture forms a ball.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the mixture cool for 5-10 minutes.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, stirring well after each addition, until the mixture is smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat until it reaches 375°F (190°C).
