  • ¼ cup Fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tsp Sweet paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
    Gradually add the cold water and olive oil, mixing with a wooden spoon or your hands until the dough comes together.
    Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until it's smooth.
    Form the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Prepare the Filling:
    In a large skillet, heat a few tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
    Add the chopped onions and bell peppers and sauté until they become soft and translucent, about 10 minutes.
